Gypsy culture

Final images for a competition entry (zine) for the bookartbookshop in London. The brief was X= or what is to be done? I chose the later my angle was What is to be done about discrimination against gypsy's in this country.I wasn't chosen to be in the final 10 but got a magazine sent through of the books that did win and they were a little more about the concept and all looked very quirky!

TAVVI -for tavvi gevinson

I decided to do a few portraits of Tavvi Gevinson the young fashion blogger who gained fame from having a young mind full of forward thinking styling ideas I think she has an interesting personality and sent them to her in the post, above is her response.

Christmas card collection

I created 20 cards based on life's luxury's all hand painted with watercolors, perfume bottles, watches and chocolates.

This collage is on a A1 canvas it is a mixture of images of cathedrals and Gothic architecture, I have put it on sale on my etsy shop.

I have a small Moleskine on hand for any personal work I want to do above is a good idea of the variety of sketches inside.

Witches

These are drawings I did when reading a witches diary the book of Sybil Leek a famous witch from the New Forest. Her stories of gypsy life and her pet Mr.Hotfoot Jackson make for a interesting character and possibly a good illustrated book.

working on objects

At the moment I'm in Portugal with limited art supplies no scanner no software and hardly any internet so I have decided to start working on found objects from bones to shells to tins and boxes.. anything I can really!
